I think of myself as a person who makes things. I haven't really been doing that consistantly, so now I am going to make one thing a day. It doesn't have to be good, it doesn't have to pretty, it doesn't even have to be useful. I just have to make one thing a day.

The past few days I've had a '50's inspired dress trying to form in my head.

OH this is so cute! Do you remember making a big pink skirt similar to this? You wore it in high school.
the fabric reminded me of it when i was sewing. it's not as thick as that was, though
That dress is just dying for a retro kitchen to spin around in. Now where would it find something like that?
