10-7-2008

The weather's doing it to me again.
Look for more long sleeve shirts to follow.

This is my sweatshirt alternative.

Reversible flannel tunic top

I should have borrowed the momarrazzi's camera for the color to show up better, but it is a dark blue flannel.

The other side is a printed flannel. Both are lighter weight flannels, so the whole shirt isn't too heavy. This fabric reminded me of old winter nightgowns. Ones that I imagined all the girls in Little House on the Prairie would wear.
So, of course, it needed to be a shirt.

Yeah - and like the nightgowns you two used to have when you were little. I just love all the reversibility!

The high temps are not the important ones, it's the lows. It reminds me of walking to school in the mornings with a jacket on over a sweater over a t-shirt. The jacket comes off by the first break, the sweater by lunch. Then, if you had to stay after (play practice, mun, or whatever) the reverse process at 6p and 9p.
