What happens when flannel wants to be different?
You end up with a slightly confused shirt. The banded collar and overlap closure is more eastern, and the belled, longer sleeves are a bit middle ages.

I think of myself as a person who makes things. I haven't really been doing that consistantly, so now I am going to make one thing a day. It doesn't have to be good, it doesn't have to pretty, it doesn't even have to be useful. I just have to make one thing a day.

Hey that's a nice design. Reminds me a little bit of the blue top I bought with y'all with me in NY. It has a neck area like that. Inside on the "underlap" side there are ties to keep it level. Do you have/need to have ties? This looks too fashionable to just be cozy. It's a cool warm top ;-)
Wait, wait, wait. Is that the piano in the living room?
I have a button on the underlap side. Yes, that's the piano in the living room.
