Here are two things that I made today. I actually ending up making four things, but here are the first two: The top was from 2 curtains and the pants were from a wax floor cloth that Mom gave me.
So none of these will be flattering photos of me, I'm sure, but I'll just have to deal with that. This was taken pre-pockets for the pants.
I was told to show that yes, it is a drawstring top. Perhaps this blog will explore my fascination with all things adjustable, perhaps not. We will just have to see how things go.
This is the other side of the top and shows one of the reasons for the design. The curtain that this was pretty cool itself and was asymmetrical. Another one of my fascinations. Oh, who am I kidding, I'm very easily amused, fascinated and awestruck. I am all agog. (new favorite word.)
This pocket came into being because I kept reaching for it when it did not yet exist.
This pocket, can you see it? The yellow line? That's the super secret pocket which exists because every pair of pants should have super secret pocket.

These are both great! The top looks like summer, and the super secret pocket is really there, I'm sure, but I'm not sure I see it.
